my name is tarif. i'm a graphic designer and i sometimes pretend to be an illustrator. so i put my illustrations here. i live in cairo, Egypt.
when i'm not holding a pen or fiddling with the computer, i'm (also) pretending to be a musician. when i'm not doing any of that, i'm looking up random stuff for no apparent reason and with no immediate use. but it pays off in the long run.

After that, we went to look at some art. Gallery-hopping in the only neighborhood in Cairo where that’s possible. I vaguely remember that we didn’t find a lot of good stuff that day.
