Spotlight Feature, New Followers, and Facelift

This past week has been awesome in terms of this place. I got selected to be featured on Tumblr’s spotlight and I’m incredibly humbled to be in the company of all those unbelievable illustrators for a while. So thank you Tumblr for that. 

Being up there has led some new followers my way and that’s really way cooler than the Tumblr nod. So, to all you who wandered here whether through the Spotlight or otherwise, welcome and thank you for following my work (always fascinated by that). Your opinions, feedback, questions, and suggestions really make a big difference; so please keep them coming and talk to me. 

I had been “offline” for while and have been waiting for a reason to start posting more things and a push to draw a bit more as well. This is definitely a great thing and new stuff deserve a better-looking place. So I went and played around with the design here and made more, well, empty. There’s nothing fancy about my illustrations so they should be in an un-fancy design. Amazingly clean and restrained design by Jon Rothenberg. Thank you Jon.
